How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us on info@onelighthome.com, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped from the warehouse.

 

Promotional codes

Valid promotional codes can be used at the final stage of checkout; the codes will be distributed via various mediums such as social networks, email and on-site banners.

 

What if my order is faulty or damaged?

If by the odd chance, your order is faulty, damaged or missing a component, contact us on info@onelighthome.com. Please provide the order number and we shall rectify the problem with no additional charge.

 Any claims for damages or short deliveries shall be put in writing by the buyer to the seller within 7 days of receipt of goods otherwise claims will not be accepted.

Do you do deliver to outside the UK?

Yes, due to the weight differentials we cannot charge a standard price for these locations. If you would like to order to a location outside the UK, please email us and we will quote you a unique delivery cost.
